We really want to reach our goal of 50 followers!! We are still going to have the drawing for the gift basket but we want to reach 50 followers first! Fun fall recipe Marshmallow Popcorn

Thanks to one of our clients Jillian for sharing this recipe with us. You can also add fall colored M&M's or pretzels to the recipe to make it more festive.

Marshmallow Popcorn

2 sticks of butter

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

4 cups Marshmallows

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 microwave bags of popcorn popped

Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a sauce pan- boil 3 minutes and remove from heat, stir in marshmallows and vanilla.  Pour mixture over popped popcorn in large bowl and stir until covered.
